Learn to Love Nature
Reconnecting Children with Nature
Today's children are spending more time on screens and less time outdoors, contributing to rising levels of stress, anxiety, inactivity, and disconnection from the natural world.
Learn to Love Nature is a free, guided outdoor program that helps children build confidence, curiosity, and resilience through safe, hands-on experiences in nature. Participants learn outdoor awareness, environmental stewardship, wildlife respect, and healthy ways to engage with the world around them.
Our philosophy is simple: Less screen time. More green time.
Through guided exploration, children develop sensory awareness, learn about local ecosystems, practice outdoor safety, and discover that nature is a place of wonder, not fear.
Your support helps us provide accessible nature-based programs that inspire healthier lifestyles, foster environmental responsibility, and create meaningful outdoor experiences for children who may otherwise never have the opportunity.
Help us raise the next generation of confident, connected, and nature-minded youth.

Finding Your Pathway to Calmness
Finding Your Pathway to Calmness
A Nature-Based Wellness Program for Veterans
Life after service can bring unique challenges. Finding moments of peace, balance, and connection is essential to overall well-being. Finding Your Pathway to Calmness creates space for veterans to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive natural environment.
Through guided nature-based experiences, mindfulness practices, and opportunities for reflection, participants learn practical tools to help reduce stress, manage anxiety, and build resilience. Research shows that spending time in nature and practicing mindfulness can lower cortisol levels, improve emotional well-being, and support mental health.

Pathways to Self-Love: Body Trauma Recovery
When the body changes, the heart needs healing too. Help us create spaces where survivors can reconnect with themselves through the restorative power of nature.
Major surgeries and traumatic injuries can leave lasting emotional wounds long after physical healing has occurred. For many individuals living with visible body changes—such as surgical scars, facial disfigurement, or mastectomy-related body loss—the journey toward self-acceptance can be difficult and isolating.
Pathways to Self-Love is a nature-based wellness program designed to support emotional healing, self-compassion, and reconnection with the body in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Through guided experiences in nature, participants are encouraged to see themselves through a lens of resilience, strength, and acceptance.
Nature reminds us that beauty exists in imperfection and that healing is a process, not a destination. By engaging the senses, slowing the nervous system, and fostering meaningful reflection, participants gain tools that support emotional well-being and a renewed sense of self-worth.
While this program is not a replacement for professional therapy, it offers a gentle and supportive pathway toward healing, hope, and self-acceptance.
Your support helps provide accessible nature-based experiences for individuals navigating the emotional challenges of body trauma recovery. Together, we can help people rediscover confidence, connection, and compassion for themselves.
