Meet Lane Floyd, RN, BSN, MSN, CDCES
Bridging Healthcare, Nature, and Wholistic Wellness to Help People Thrive.
Lane brings more than two decades of healthcare experience and a lifelong passion for helping others achieve whole-person wellness. As Treasurer of Elemental Pathways Wholistic Wellness and CEO of Elemental Recovery, she combines clinical expertise with a deep belief in the healing power of nature, nutrition, and human connection.
Lane is a Registered Nurse, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Certified Menopause Health Coach, and Certified Sylvotherapy Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from Liberty University and has dedicated her career to empowering individuals through education, prevention, and wholistic approaches to health and well-being.
Following the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Lane felt called to expand her work beyond traditional healthcare settings and focus on helping people reconnect with the natural world as a source of healing and restoration. An avid backpacker and outdoor enthusiast, she has personally experienced the profound impact that nature can have on reducing stress, restoring balance, and nurturing resilience.
At Elemental Pathways Wholistic Wellness, Lane's mission is to help individuals discover their own pathway to healing—supporting soul, mind, and body through evidence-informed wellness practices inspired by the natural elements that sustain and connect us all.
Meet Millie Ritter, RN
A nurse, wellness advocate, and nature-inspired healer whose personal journey of recovery became the foundation for a mission of hope and wholeness.
Millie Ritter is a Registered Nurse, Certified Life Coach, Certified Sylvotherapy Practitioner, Sound Healing Practitioner, Meditation Guide, Blissful Kids and Teens Mindfulness Practitioner, and ordained clergy member. For nearly three decades, she has dedicated her life to supporting the health, well-being, and personal growth of others through both traditional and holistic approaches to wellness.
After receiving her New York State Registered Nursing License in 1997, Millie began her career in elementary school nursing, where she developed a passion for nurturing the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of children and families. In 2013, she expanded her work by opening a holistic wellness center, offering life coaching, meditation, energy-based wellness practices, and guidance for individuals seeking greater balance and purpose in their lives.
In 2018, Millie faced a life-altering health crisis that transformed her understanding of healing. Through a long and challenging journey of recovery, she discovered the profound restorative power of nature, mindfulness, faith, and self-discovery. These experiences deepened her commitment to helping others find hope, resilience, and wholeness during life's most difficult seasons.
Inspired by her own healing journey, Millie founded Elemental Recovery and later co-founded Elemental Pathways Wholistic Wellness Inc. Her vision is to create opportunities for individuals to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world through programs that nurture the soul, calm the mind, and support overall well-being.
Millie believes that healing often begins when we step outside, slow down, and rediscover the beauty, wonder, and possibilities that surround us. Through Elemental Pathways, she hopes to share that gift with others and help create pathways to wellness, resilience, and renewed purpose.
